Thank you for shopping at epletive318.com. We strive to ensure your satisfaction, but if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • Eligibility: All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, items must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Timeframe: Requests for returns should be submitted within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, intimate apparel, personalized items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Care at noise@epletive318.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with approval and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Ship Back: Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them within 7 days of receiving your return label.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. The outcome of each return is determined individually, factoring in item condition, reason for return, and original order details.
  • Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases—such as items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts—a partial refund may be granted.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: If your return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping fees.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cancellations

  • Order Before Shipping: You may cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placement by emailing noise@epletive318.com.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, you must follow our return process.
